Select your child's name and Instagram username on the product page. 2. Choose a bi-color option for the tote bag (Black or Light Gray). 3. Upload your child's photo. You can use the same photo for both the tote bag and pouch. If you're uploading multiple photos, press the 'Upload' button again for each one. For multiple children, you can add more heads to the design for an additional fee. Please specify the names and upload the photos accordingly. If you have any special requests, please mention them in the 'Other Requests' field. Photo selection tips: - Use clear, non-blurry photos (like portraits). - Avoid photos with missing or cut-off parts. - Ensure your child is not too far away in the photo. Please upload the original photo, not a screenshot or cropped image. If you're ordering different sizes, please add each size to your cart separately. After placing your order, please send us the order number via DM. If you don't receive our email, please check your email settings and allow emails from 'uchinokolabo@gmail.com'. We're here to help with photo selection or design-related questions. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. Once your design is complete, we'll send you an image for your approval. You can request up to two modifications. Please note that there may be slight differences between the image and the final product due to printing techniques. After you approve the design, we'll start production and send you the tote bag and pouch set.
